Reset your Hub password

Learn about the methods by which you as an Audience member can regain access to your Hub

Step 1: Access the "Forgot your password?" option

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page of your Hub. Next, enter your email address, and we will send you instructions for resetting your password. You can choose to receive either the password reset instructions or a magic link, depending on your preference.

Step 2: Choose how you want to regain access to your Hub

On the password reset form, you can choose from between these two options:

Reset Password

This option allows you to set a new password for your Hub access. Click Reset Password to proceed.

Here's an example of the email you will receive. Just click on the link to start changing your password. Please note that the password reset link expires in 60 minutes! ⌛

Send Magic Link

This option allows you to request a link so you can access your Hub without necessarily changing your password. To begin, just click Send Magic Link.

Head to your emails and check for the sign-in link you received. All you need to do is click the link found in the email and you'll be logged in instantly! Here's what it looks like:

NOTE: This link will expire in 60 minutes. If you need to log back in later, you'll still have to enter your username and password.
