Step 1 - Navigate to the Help tab
Access the Help menu by clicking your profile avatar from the bottom-left side of your screen and selecting Help.
Step 2 - Give feedback or talk to the team
Choose the Help Articles option to be redirected to our Help Center or click the Live Support button to chat directly with our support specialists.
Please note that the live chat option is available:
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00AM - 4:00PM EST (excluding holidays)
You can also choose the Feedback option that directs you to our feedback site to let us know what and where we can improve. Additionally, check the Status Page to get real-time information about the operational status of the platform.
