The Help tab

Access various services through the Help tab in your account.

🧰 What You Will Need

  1. A Membership.io account

  2. Some feedback or an issue that needs solving

Step 1 - Navigate to the Help tab

Access the Help menu by clicking your profile avatar from the bottom-left side of your screen and selecting Help.

Go to Profile - Help

Step 2 - Explore various support options

Depending on what you're looking for, various support options are easily accessible.

Help Articles

Choose the Help Articles option to be redirected to our Help Center to find answers or troubleshoot issues.

Live Support

Launch the Live Support window to get knowledge article suggestions or speak to one of our support representatives if you wish to do so.

Please note that the live chat option is available: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00AM - 4:00PM ET (excluding holidays)

NOTE: You can also launch the support chat by clicking the floating green icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Feedback

Choose the Feedback option to direct you to our feedback site to let us know what and where we can improve. 

Status Page

Check the Status Page to get real-time information about the platform's operational status.

Step 3 - Get in touch with a support team member

Follow the prompts on the chat window so one of our support team members can assist you further with your inquiry.
