Managing your Register page

Grant access to your private Membership Hub with one quick step

There are two ways your audience can access a Hub set to Private:

  1. By importing your Audience and sending them a Hub welcome email or...
  2. By allowing your members to register (and potentially pay) for your Hub themselves

The Register page must be toggled on in order for you to allow your members to register. This article will walk you through how to turn your Register page off and on as needed.

Step 1 - Set your Hub to Private

To use the Registration page feature, your Hub must first be set to Private. This is to ensure that only users who provide their email addresses can access your Hub, as opposed to a Public Hub where anyone can click the Hub URL and gain access. When someone provides their email on the Registration page, an Audience profile will automatically be created for them in your account.

You can toggle your Hub to Private inside your Hub Dashboard.Click the padlock icon and select Private

Step 2 - Toggle on your Registration Page

With your Hub set to Private, you can now enable your Registration page, allowing your audience to access it after providing an email.

From inside your Hub Dashboard, open the Payments & Registration menu and enable your Hub Registration. Click Save to apply this change.Enable Registration under Hub Settings

Step 3 - Edit your Registration page

You can create a great first impression for your audience when they first access your Hub by customizing the Register page.

Inside your Hub Editor, open your Pages menu and then click Register under "Default".Pages - Register

From here, you can make changes to your registration page's left and right sections, such as uploading a logo and background image or the elements and tabs.GIF - Editing the Registration page

Step 4 - Share your Hub registration page with your audience

Once you've set up your Registration page, simply share your Hub's sign-up URL and any new audience members will automatically be taken to your Registration page.

Copy the sign up URL

(Optional) Step 5 - View who has registered for your Hub by creating a Segment

If you want to track who has registered for your Hub, and possibly export this information, you can create a Segment inside of Audiences by setting the conditions as whoever has access to the Hub.

(Optional) Step 6 - Turn off Registration when closing the cart

This is more important if you are using Stripe Integration to collect payments from users. Check out Step 6 of this article for more information.
