Creating eye-catching thumbnails enhances the engagement and professionalism of your videos or hubs. Canva, a widely used graphic design platform, allows you to craft personalized visuals easily. After finalizing your design, you can seamlessly upload it as a thumbnail in Membership.io.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do this:

Step 1: Create or select a design in Canva

Choose an existing design or create a new one in Canva. If you're designing a thumbnail for a video cover, it's recommended to use the dimensions of 1280 x 720 pixels. For more information on the appropriate sizes and aspect ratios for various elements, refer to this article.

Modify your design to match your preferences by incorporating elements such as text, images, and icons, as needed.

Step 2: Download the image locally

Once your design is ready, click the Share button located at the top-right corner of the interface and then click ⬇️ Download.

Select the file format. The most commonly used formats for thumbnails are PNG or JPG. Once you have made your selection, click Download to save the image to your computer.

Step 3: Log in to your Membership.io account

Log in to your Membership.io account on the browser and navigate to the content section where you want to upload the thumbnail (e.g., video or library).

Step 4: Upload the image to Membership.io

Click on the specific video where you want to add the thumbnail. On the panel that opened from the right, click Thumbnail > ⬆️ Upload. For complete instructions, click here.
