Pointing a subdomain to Membership.io when the root domain is hosted on GetResponse

If your root domain is hosted on GetResponse, you might encounter issues pointing a subdomain to Membership.io through Cloudflare. GetResponse does not allow switching to Cloudflare’s nameservers, as this disrupts the root domain’s functionality. They require that your domain's nameservers match their settings, which prevents the use of third-party branded nameservers like Cloudflare for subdomain pointing.
