Taking breaks is essential for maintaining productivity and overall well-being, and sometimes it's necessary. That’s why we created the Pause plan, allowing you to take that much-needed break—whether it’s an extended time off or a moment to regroup and refocus on your business.
Unlike cancelling your Membership.io account which results in the automatic deletion of all your stored data from our database, pausing your plan allows you to keep your data, such as uploaded files and created hubs, and readily access them when you return and reactivate your subscription.
 

Will I still have access to my account while on the Pause plan?

While on the Pause plan, full data access is restricted, however, you can still log in the platform and view all your information. Your hub, widgets and embedded players won't work, and you won't be able to upload new media files, but when you join back, everything will be as you left it, including the plan that you originally subscribed to (in case this subscription is discontinued).

When your plan is paused, we'll automatically save all of your progress so that you can pick right back up where you left off!

Will I be billed for the paused period?

Yes. For only $10 per month, the Pause plan will hold your spot in the Membership.io database. 

How long can I pause my subscription?  

You can pause your subscription indefinitely. We will wait for when you are ready to to resume your subscription.
