Toggle Achievement Notification emails on or off as a Hub creator or as an Audience member.

- A Hub
- One or more Achievements
As a Hub creator or Audience member, you can toggle the Achievement emails on or off depending on your preference.
Step 1 - Open the Achievements menu in your Dashboard
Click on your Hub to open your Hub Dashboard and click on Settings.
From here, click Achievements under the Engagement menu.
Step 2 - Change Email preference in settings
Click the Achievement for which you want to change the email preference, then click the ⚙️ Settings icon.
By default the email notification for your Achievements will be toggled on. You can disable email notifications for your Audience by unchecking the box.
NOTE: Only a Milestone achievement triggers an email notification once the criterion is met. A Milestone achievement is criteria-based which you can set when creating or editing the achievement.
As an Audience member, you can toggle Achievement emails from inside your account settings under the Preferences tab.
NOTE: Achievement emails can be accessed up to three times; after that, users may encounter an error if they try to access them again.
