Files in the Library are locked, and I cannot edit them. What can I do about it?
You may have noticed that when you selected the file, it was already being edited by another user on your team. This is normal behavior, as it allows only one person to edit the file at a time. This approach helps maintain consistency and prevents lost edits.

The locking occurs when someone opens the file or clicks the three-dot dropdown menu on the file card. You can see right away who is currently editing the file.
If you want to edit the file, ask the person currently editing it to leave the Library or switch to a different setting, such as Hubs.
Someone else is currently editing the hub. What happens if I take over?
When another team member is in the Hub editor and you select Customize, you'll see a message showing "<Someone> is currently editing this hub."

Clicking Take Control will allow you to take over the editing, and that person will be redirected.

IMPORTANT:
- If you are a Contributor, you won't be able to take control when an Admin or the Account Owner is editing the Hub.
- Any unsaved edits will be discarded after a successful takeover.
