Resolve any "Folder Sync Failed" errors
What the warning sign means on some of your remotely sourced folders

- A Membership.io account

A folder connected to a remote source like Zoom, Vimeo, Wistia, etc.

An error showing on that folder
You may have noticed a "Folder sync failed" error like the one below on one of your folders from another platform.
There is a quick fix to this issue that will repair the connection in most cases. Click the dropdown on the folder and select Sync as shown below. This will try to fix the connection and pull in all of the content from that source to date.
The warning triangle will disappear once the sync completes.
