Schedule the release of Hub content
Set a specific date and time for Hub content to be released to your members
Content scheduling lets you prepare your content in advance and automatically release it on a specific date and time for your members. It can be applied to full playlists and individual items within them (e.g., text-based content).
We’ll walk through these methods and show how scheduled content appears to members in your Hub.
What can I use this for?
Use it when running live programs or cohort-based launches, releasing monthly or seasonal content, or staggering content releases within a playlist.
For example, if your playlist includes a video series and supporting text-based lessons, you might schedule the video playlist to go live now, then set the text-based content inside the playlist to unlock a week after.
Calendar scheduling vs Relative drip
Calendar scheduling releases content on a specific date and time for all members simultaneously, regardless of when they joined.
If you want content to unlock based on when a member joins your program, refer to 👉 Drip Content using Segments.
Step 1 – Select your Content Playlist
Click to open your Hub's Content tab. Select the (unpublished) Playlist you'd like to schedule and click ⋯ to access the more options menu. From there, you can open the 🗓️ Schedule setting.

You can also open the Schedule button when you go inside your playlist.

Step 2 – Set a date and time for the release of content
Use the data selector to set your desired release date and the exact time (hh:mm). Click Schedule Publish to save your settings.

What members see 🔍
Content with a release schedule will display the release date and appear as “Coming soon” until the scheduled date and time.

Schedule the release of individual content pieces in the playlist
As mentioned, you can also schedule individual files (such as text-based lessons) to unlock on their own timeline within your Hub playlist.
To do that, simply open your playlist and locate your unpublished content to schedule separately.
What members see 🔍
This is what they will see when a playlist is published, but text-based content was scheduled separately:

Here’s how this appears when both the main media and individual files are scheduled to unlock on two different dates:

Feel free to combine these scheduling methods in your playlists as you prefer. 💡
