Schedule the Release of Your Hub-Created Playlists

Set a specific date and time for your playlist content to be released to your members

What can I use this for?

Playlist scheduling allows you to release content on a specific date and time.  This is ideal when you want all members to receive content simultaneously.

When to use content scheduling

Use calendar scheduling when running live programs or cohort launches, releasing monthly content for all members, or publishing seasonal or event-based content.

Calendar scheduling vs Relative drip

Calendar scheduling releases content on a fixed date to all eligible members at the same time, regardless of when the members joined

If you want content to unlock based on join date, refer to: 👉 Drip Content using Segments

Step 1 - Select your Content Playlist

Click to open your Hub's Content tab. Select the (unpublished) Playlist you'd like to schedule and click ⋯ to access the more options menu. From there, you can open the 🗓️ Schedule setting.

Scheduled content on the frontend

Use case: Monthly content releases

You can combine scheduling methods, for example:

  • First playlist: Available immediately

  • Future playlists: Scheduled for the 1st of each month

This setup allows new members to start learning right away while also aligning future content for all members.
