Understand the Stripe Customer Portal
Members can easily view and update their subscription information in Membership.io Payments using the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is an essential component of Membership.io payments that enables your members to manage their subscriptions to your Hubs. It is a page created in Stripe that allows your members to modify payment plans, update details, and cancel accounts.
Hub Customer Portal access
The Customer Portal, when enabled in Payments > Billing Options > Billing Access, lets your members manage their billing settings via a Stripe-hosted page.
NOTE: This requires setup in your Stripe Customer Portal.

They can access the Customer Portal from their Hub by clicking on their profile icon on the top-right corner Hub and selecting Billing from the menu.

Switch Plan and Cancellation access
When Customer Portal access is enabled, use these settings to control whether your members can switch plans or cancel their current subscription directly within the portal.
