This collaborative platform empowers users to contribute suggestions, monitor ongoing developments, and play an active role in shaping future enhancements. Your input is a key part of the platform’s continuous improvement.
Access the Feedback Portal
To participate, access the Feedback Portal here. You can view existing feature requests and contribute your own ideas on the site.
Submit a feature request
Step 1 - Sign In or Sign Up
Click on Sign in / Sign up at the top of the page. You can register using your email or opt for social sign-in options if available.
Step 2 - Request feature
After signing in, click on the Request Feature button.
Provide the following details:
- Category: Click the box next to your avatar and select the appropriate category (Hubs, Library, Audience, Apps, or Community) to help organize the feedback.
- Title: Enter a concise title that summarizes your feature request.
- Description: Elaborate on your suggestion, explaining its benefits and potential impact.
- Submit: Click Submit to send your feature request once all fields are completed.
Engage with existing requests
The portal allows you to browse and interact with suggestions from other users.
- Filters: Use the filters Trending, Top, and New to sort feature requests based on popularity, activity, or recency.
- Search: Utilize the search function to find specific topics or ideas.
- Voting: If you support a certain feature request, click the upvote button next to it to express your interest level.
- Comments: Engage in discussions by commenting on existing requests to provide additional insights or use cases.
How Membership.io reviews user feedback, requests, and suggestions
The Membership.io team actively monitors the Feedback Portal to understand what users need most. Feature requests are reviewed regularly, and prioritization is based on:
- User votes – how many creators support a feature
- Platform impact – the overall benefit to user experience
