Try these steps if you've noticed the audio and video of your recordings are out of sync with each other

Restart your computer.

Uninstall and reinstall the Extension.

Close any unused tabs/apps.

Check your computer's memory - if your device is low on RAM, this could be where the lag is coming from, closing all unnecessary applications can help.

Check your computer's battery level - we recommend recording when plugged into a power source.

Check your upload speed - a good estimate for recordings is 5mbps to record successfully.
