‼️ Custom email hosting is required to make email changes. The email template customization feature in the Hub is now disabled by default and requires the Custom Host to be enabled. Please note that if you have configured your email templates before this update, you'll continue to have your custom email templates functioning normally, but you can no longer edit the templates.
