Step 2 – Configure the Contact options

Enter the contact's details in the form. The Name and Email Address fields are required, while the Phone Number is optional. Contacts will use the assigned email to log in to your Hub platform.

Enter the contact details

Step 3 – Provide the new Contact with access to your Hubs

Scroll down to add more details to your new contact's profile. Add Manual Achievements, grant Hub access, and apply Contact Tags as needed.

Check the ✅ Welcome email notification box after granting Hub access. Once you click Confirm, the email will be sent immediately. To join the Hub, the contact must click the link in the email to complete the onboarding process.

Click on Welcome Email Notif option

NOTE: Welcome emails expire after seven (7) days. If the contact doesn’t accept the invite within this period, you’ll need to send a new email.

Step 4 – Update Hub access and member permissions

To adjust a member’s Hub access, click on their name in your Contacts list. The menu options will slide in from the right. From here, you can grant access to more Hubs, send or resend welcome emails, or impersonate members to see the Hub as they would. 🕵🏻‍♂️

Update hub access or impersonate member

TIP: Impersonating a member is useful for troubleshooting access issues or verifying permissions.

You can also update or remove a member’s access at any time:
  • To update access, add or remove Hubs from their profile. Changes take effect immediately.

  • To remove access, revoke Hub permissions as described below. This does not delete the member from your Contacts, allowing you to re-enable access conveniently if needed.

Remove the person from your Hub and Contacts list

Step 1 – Remove the member's access from your Hub

Go to your Contactslist and click the member's name to open the menu. Scroll to Hub Access and click Edit.

Click the X next to the Hub to remove the member's access.

Click X next to Hub to remove access

Don’t forget to click Save!

Step 2 – Remove the person from your Contacts list

After removing Hub access, go back to your Contacts list, click the three-dot menu icon next to the person you want to delete, and select Delete Contact.

Click Menu - Delete Contact

All done! The Member will no longer have access to your private Hub and will be deleted from your Contacts list.
