Add the Member to your Audience and Hub

Step 1 - Access the Audience tab

Fill in Audience profile details

Step 3 - Grant access to your Hubs for the new Audience Member

Scroll down to add more details to your new member's profile. Add Manual Achievements, grant Hub access, and apply Audience Tags if needed.

Configure Hub access

Check the ✅ Welcome email notification box after granting Hub access to your new member. NOTE: Once you hit Confirm, the welcome email will be sent to your new Audience member. They will have to click the link in the email to complete the onboarding. (NOTE: Welcome emails expire in 7 days; after that, you must send a new welcome email.)

Enable welcome email and confirm

To adjust these access permissions later, click on the member's name from your Audience list; the menu options will slide from the right.

Click Audience name for menu options

You can grant access to additional Hubs, send or resend Welcome Emails, and impersonate audience members. Impersonating your Audience member will allow you to view the Hub as they would see it. 🕵🏻‍♂️
