This article explains various methods for saving a copy of all downloadable content from your Membership.io account.

What can I use this for?

Downloading your content can be really helpful for a variety of reasons. It lets you back up important files, switch to another platform if you need to, share resources offline, or keep important materials like videos, attachments, and other files on your computer.

Download options

Here are the downloadable items available (depending on your subscription tier):

• Audio, video, and transcript
• Attachments
• Invoices
• Audiences

Audio, video, and transcript

Download all the necessary video elements from a single location when present. For example, if you need a copy of a video, its audio version, and/or a transcript, you can download everything directly from the video itself. 

This article will guide you through the process.

Attachments

You can obtain a copy of file attachments located in your Library's "Attachments" folder. These files are the original attachments to your media content.

To download an attachment, just click the three-dot menu and select ⬇️ Download.

Invoices

All your invoices can be found here and downloaded at any time. Just click the download icon next to the invoice you wish to save, and it will download immediately.

Audiences

When necessary, you can download (in this case, "export") a list of your Audience members. This allows you to maintain a record of your following outside Membership.io.

If your Membership.io account is inactive and you wish to download your data, please email us at help@membership.io. Note that we can no longer retrieve data if your account has been cancelled.
