Learn about pinning, editing, deleting posts, and more to keep your Hub organized
In addition to creating and interacting with posts, Membership.io provides several features to help you manage discussions efficiently.
Access the options for managing posts
Clicking the three-dot menu icon on posts and comments gives you these options to perform additional actions:
Here's a table showing what each option does:
| Option | Definition |
| Copy URL | Share a direct link to the post |
| Edit | Modify the content of the post if needed |
| Pin (or Hide/Show pinned) posts | Highlight important posts by pinning them at the top or remove pinned posts by selecting "Unpin" |
| Turn on/off comments | Allow/Prevent other members from leaving comments on the post |
| Make private/public | Make the post only visible to authors/moderators or everyone |
| Move to space | Move posts between spaces in the Community. |
| Delete | Remove the post |
