Play your videos in the highest quality

Step 1 - Access your Player Settings

Click on your profile icon and ⚙️ Settings to access your Player Settings page. You can learn more about customizing your player settings here.

Step 2 - Force best quality

Once inside your Player Settings page, navigate to the Video menu.

Video content uploaded into our platform uses adaptive streaming which means video quality will default to a resolution based on network capabilities.

You can change the quality of your video regardless of internet capabilities by clicking the gear icon in the bottom right of the media player and setting the video Quality.

Toggle on Force Best Quality to force the highest-quality video to load first.

This may increase buffer times for some of your audience.

Step 3 - Save your changes

Be sure to click Save to mark your change. 🤓
