Explore the many different ways you can customize what your audience sees inside your Hub

A Hub set to Private
-
Good understanding of Audience Segments
What can I use this for?
Audience Segments allow you to group specific Audience Profiles based on different conditions. These Segments help you organize and control who can see what is inside your Hub.
You can attach Segments to Hub Sections and Hub menu items. Doing so will only allow that section to be viewed by the audience members who are a part of the Segment.
Option 1 - Include your 1-on-1 coaching calls in your Hub
Use Audience Segments to integrate individual coaching sessions available only to the specified client inside your Hub. Click here to learn more about how to set it up.
Option 2 - Sell multiple products
Use Audience Segments to deliver custom (à la carte-style) programs that allow members to access one or more digital products. This article explains how to create Segments linked to your Stripe plans. You can replicate this process with a different payment processor by using Audience Tags.
Option 3 - Deliver free and paid content
Similar in process to Option 2 - Sell multiple offerings, you can use Segments to deliver both free and paid content inside of your Hub. Lock any paid content to your paid Segments while keeping your free content unlocked with no Segment.
Option 4 - Organize multiple tiers
Take advantage of the fact that Audience Segments can have unlimited conditions by creating one Segment per tier. Get started by learning more about what conditions you can set up inside of a Segment.
Option 5 - Unlock content with an onboarding sequence
This is one of the best ways to create a memorable onboarding experience for your members. When your members initially log into their Hub for the first time, they will be presented with your Hub onboarding sequence. The rest of the Hub content will only unlock for them after they complete a quick form or quiz which serves as the "Trigger" for moving your members from one Segment to another.
Option 6 - Personalize Hub content using Attributes
One of the best ways to reduce content overwhelm for your members is to tailor the content that they have access to. Set up your Hub so that each audience member is treated to a personalized Hub experience based on their inputs. We've listed the step-by-step process here.
Option 7 - Host multiple cohorts
Using a couple of key Membership.io features, you can set up one Hub to accommodate multiple cohorts of your course or coaching program. This allows you to restrict content visibility to your audience based on which cohort they are part of.
NOTE: To check your work, you can impersonate audience profiles that fall into specific Segments to ensure that your tailored content is set up correctly.
