🧰 What You Will Need

A Hub (Start plan or higher)

Your Hub comes with Default Hub pages, meaning the technical aspects of building a website are automatically done for you. These pages generally have fewer customization options than Custom Hub pages, with one exception being the Home page.

In addition to default pages, you can create additional custom Hub pages to store and organize your content. There is no limit on the number of custom Hub pages you can create inside one Hub.

Edit Hub pages

To make changes to any Default or Custom page, or to create new custom Hub pages, navigate to your Hub Editor and access the Pages tab. This is where you can create additional Hub pages and rename or duplicate existing ones.

Default pages in Hubs

Home

This page is linked directly to your Hub's URL and is the default landing page when an audience logs into a private Hub. You can customize the appearance and content of your hub's Home page, but you cannot replace it with another custom Hub page you created.

Search Results

This page appears whenever someone uses the top search bar inside a Hub. The [media] search results appear on this page in the following order: those with keywords in the file title, the ones with chapters matching the keyword, and any files containing the keyword(s) in the transcription.

Playlist

This page highlights any selected Playlists inside a Hub. It features media files and file attachments on the Playlist level.

Media

This page is a layout for any Media files selected (and played) inside Hubs. It contains two primary page layout options: the gallery and list layouts.

This page is what your audience will first interact with when accessing a private Hub. The information provided on this page is linked to the permissions granted within Audiences. This auto-generated Hub page does not appear on public Hubs.

Your Hub login page link is formatted as www.hub-hash.membership.io/login (e.g., https://hub-kjwd33g6xr.membership.io/login).

Register

This page is the first page your audience will see when registering for a Hub. It collects your member's email field.
The link for your Hub's Register page is formatted as www.hublink.com/register.

Account Settings

This page is exclusively available to your audience when your Hub is set to "Private." It allows them to update their account-related fields and see their activity inside the Hub.

Payment

This page is the checkout page connected to Membership.io Payments, which uses Stripe for payment processing. The Payment page is built and customized according to the product information on your Stripe account. Your audience can change their plan and their payment method through this setting. This page will only appear if your Hub is set to Private and your Stripe Payment Gateway is activated.
