If you’d like live guidance, we offer scheduled calls where you can ask questions, review your setup, and get recommendations directly from our team.
Ways to join a live call with the Membership.io team
We currently offer two primary ways to connect with us live on a call:
Weekly Orientation Call
We host a weekly Orientation Session every Monday at 1 pm EST to help new and existing members get comfortable inside their account.
On this call, we:

🤝 Answer your questions live

Membership.io Services (1:1 Calls)
If you’re looking for more personalized, hands-on help, we also offer paid professional services.
