Badges (also called Achievements) are a simple way to recognize and reward your Hub members for their progress. They not only motivate participation but also help you track engagement and identify members who may need extra support.
In this video, we’ll walk through how to create both Manual and Milestone badges inside your Hub — plus show you the top 3 badges we recommend for every community:

🆕 First Sign-In Badge – Identifies who has completed onboarding and who hasn’t logged in yet.

✅ Content Completion Badge – Encourages members to watch or complete your key content playlists.

🏁 Manual Achievement Badge – Lets you personally reward members for big wins like launching a project or completing a challenge.
