If you manage or access multiple Hubs inside Membership.io, pinning makes it faster to switch between them.
Pinned Hubs are always visible in the left-hand sidebar to help you stay organized and efficient.
What Is "Pinning" a Hub?
Pinning a Hub adds it to the top of your sidebar, so it’s always within easy reach. This feature is especially useful if you’re managing multiple projects, memberships, or Hub templates.
💡 TIP: You can pin as many Hubs as you like. The first pinned Hub automatically becomes your default homepage view.
How to pin a Hub
- Click the three-dot menu located in the left sidebar above your Hub list.
- In the dropdown menu, you’ll see a list of available Hubs under “Hubs.”
- Hover over the Hub you want to pin.
- Click the pin icon 📌 to add it to the “Pinned” section at the top.
Once pinned, the Hub will appear in the left sidebar for quick access.
How to unpin a Hub

Open the three-dot menu on the left sidebar.

In the “Pinned” section, hover over the Hub you’d like to remove.

Click the Unpin Hub option.
The Hub will now move back into the general Hub list.
How to change the default homepage hub
Your homepage automatically loads the first Hub that you pin. If you'd like a different Hub to appear on the homepage:

Unpin all currently pinned Hubs.

Then, pin the Hub you want to appear first.

Continue pinning additional Hubs as needed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The first pinned Hub sets the homepage preview for your members. You can verify this in Live Preview mode.
