Troubleshoot unexpected or duplicate Achievement notifications

Fix multiple or unexpected achievement pop-ups caused by duplicate naming conflicts

If you are receiving multiple achievement notifications or emails unexpectedly, the issue may be related to duplicate achievement names within your Hub.

This guide walks you through how to identify and resolve naming conflicts that can affect achievement tracking and notifications.

Step 1 – Check for duplicate Achievement names

Duplicate achievement names can create conflicts in segmentation and tracking.

First, navigate to Contacts, then click  Filter and Segments. Try to create a dummy filter: Personal Details > Achievement > Is.

Open the achievement selector dropdown list and look for any achievement(s) with the same name or very similar naming variations.

Step 2 – Rename conflicting Achievements

If found, rename any conflicting Achievement(s) by going to your Hub and clicking Members > Achievements.

After that, return to Contacts > Filter and Segments, and reopen the filter Personal Details > Achievement > Is.

If the achievement now appears distinctly in the dropdown, the issue was caused by a naming conflict.

If you do not see duplicate achievement names and unexpected notifications continue, the behavior may require further technical investigation.
