Understand the Members section

The Members section gives you an overview of everyone who has access to your Hub. From here, you can manage individual members, view their progress, and track key engagement data. This section is divided into three parts: All Members, Achievements, and Attributes.

All Members

See a full list of everyone who has joined your Hub. You can:

• View each member’s name, email, first session date, and last seen
• Select one or multiple members to apply bulk actions
• Use the search feature to quickly find specific members
• Add members directly or send an invitation
• Send a welcome email, impersonate, edit details, or remove members via the more options (three dots) menu

This is your main directory for managing and understanding your Hub members.

Achievements

Track which milestones or badges members have earned through their activity in the Hub. This is used for:

• Rewarding engaged members
• Monitoring who is completing key content or tasks
• Creating manual or milestone-based achievements for your Hub members

Achievements help keep your community motivated and active.

Attributes

Attributes are custom data fields you can use to store or filter information about members. For example, you might use attributes to track:

• Member type (e.g., student, coach, premium)
• Onboarding status
• Custom tags for campaigns or groupings

Attributes are flexible and give you more control over how you organize and target members.
