Adjusting settings for your account, team, tags, attributes, payments, subscriptions, media player, transcripts, and webhooks is straightforward. Just navigate to the main settings page of your Membership.io account and select the setting you wish to modify.
Step 1 - Access the general settings
To access the main settings, click your profile avatar at the bottom-left corner of your Membership.io site page and choose Settings.

The settings are organized into different sections, making it simple for you to locate what you need. Continue reading below to discover where you can find the specific setting you are looking for.
NOTE: Be sure to click the Save button to apply any changes made where necessary. 👍
Account settings
You can find settings related to your profile and business information, team accounts, account password, content and audience tags, and audience attributes under the "Account" section. Click on each option to update the respective settings.
Billing settings
Under "Billing", you can manage all your billing-related settings such as changing subscriptions and managing add-ons, updating your payment method, and viewing/downloading all your purchase invoices.
Content settings
You can choose your default transcript language, turn on the profanity filter, set up custom vocabulary, and adjust your Membership.io player settings in the "Content" section.
Developer setting
Set up webhooks to monitor events in your Membership.io account and automatically trigger actions in another application. NOTE: This feature is only available with the Membership.io Scale plan.
