Can I offer a free trial to my Hub Members?
Membership.io doesn't yet offer a native option to offer Hub free trials. While we're working on adding more capabilities and enhancements, you can still offer free access to your Hub content in several ways:
Share a Stripe payment link with a free trial
As a workaround, you can create a Stripe payment link for a Hub price that includes a free trial with recurring monthly or yearly billing, then share it with your contacts to be used for signing up. For instructions, please refer to Use a Stripe payment link to grant Hub access.
Create a free product
Set up a free product that provides limited access to your Hub content.
Manually grant free access
Add users directly to your Hub to temporarily provide complimentary access, allowing you to invite them to upgrade to a paid membership at a later time.
Use a 100% off coupon for recurring payments
If your Hub uses Stripe for billing, you can create a 100% discount coupon to cover a specific subscription period (for example, 12 months).

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The coupon only applies to recurring payments (monthly or yearly). After the coupon period ends, the subscription won't automatically transition to a paid plan. You'll need to manually cancel it, and the user must choose a paid plan to continue.
