How do I create a paid-only Community?

When your Hub is private and set up to accept payments, you've essentially created a paid Community in your Hub. To get started, follow these steps to set it up:

Step 1 – Set your Hub to Private

Your community inside a Hub. If you haven't already, set it to Private so only members who have registered can access it.

If you have yet to create a Hub, follow this guide.

Step 2 – Set your Hub to collect payments

(If you've already set up payments, you can skip this step)

Connect your Hub to a payment method so access is granted only after payment.

  • You can use Stripe (recommended) for direct integrations, or

  • Connect an external cart via Zapier

Follow How can I set up payments for my Hub? for setup steps.

NOTE:

  • Standard transaction fees from your payment gateway (e.g., Stripe) may apply.
  • If you need to configure your Hub registration page, you can find the instructions here.

Step 3 – Configure your Community and manage settings

Now it’s time to make sure your Community is set up correctly. Here’s what you’ll need to review:

  • Open your Discussions page
  • Customize your sidebar
  • Create and customize spaces
  • Write your first post
  • Manage your community moderators
  • Link your members to your community
  • Manage and edit any incoming posts

You can use this guide for your reference.
